TRACEY GAVEGAN

Tracey has enjoyed working across a range of organisations, both in Australia and internationally. These have included Global and ASX listed companies as well as Joint Ventures, Start-ups and Government. Her coaching and consulting experience also spans an array of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, global sales, retail, mining, for-purpose, higher education and telecommunications. The last five years of her corporate experience was as the Group MD of People, Culture, Safety & Environment for Telstra - a Top 10 ASX-listed organisation. With over twenty years at the Executive table, Tracey brings a breadth and depth of business experience that is invaluable and includes working on and with Boards.

In her corporate life, Tracey managed company-wide transformations and accelerated company strategies through the alignment of culture, people and practices. Tracey brings this systemic thinking to her current work, understanding that the areas of highest leverage are often the least obvious and not always found at the site of the problem (Senge, 1994).

Tracey’s passion is working with leaders and their teams to unleash potential. Her approach to coaching, teamwork and consulting is strengths-based (with the mindset that one plus one equals three) and rooted in empirical evidence. Tracey provides a confidential sounding board for executives, allowing them to build awareness of their impact and assumptions, to explore strategic and tactical issues, and ultimately to uncover unique and sustainable solutions for any scenario.
